Obiettivo del programma " RELiVET- Reduce Early Leaving in VET" è identificare, attraverso l'attuazione di una ricerca comparativa tra i paesi del consorzio, i fattori che portano al ritiro nelle scuole di IFP di ciascun paese partecipante al progetto. Sulla base dei risultati della ricerca, i partner elaboreranno un programma di formazione per gli insegnanti dell'Istruzione e Formazione Professionale (IFP) su strategie efficaci per aumentare i tassi di successo scolastico. Parallelamente, il programma mira a sviluppare toolkit per scuole, enti di formazione, famiglie e studenti per l’individuazione dei giovani a rischio di abbandono e l’applicazione di metodi di intervento per prevenire l'abbandono scolastico. Il programma contribuisce a combattere l'abbandono scolastico nell'IFP e sostiene gli insegnanti e il personale scolastico per acquisire conoscenze sulle strategiee le migliori pratiche per risolvere il problema dell'abbandono scolastico. Gli intenti del progetto si concentrano sulla prevenzione dell'abbandono scolastico dei giovani provenienti da gruppi vulnerabili, come studenti provenienti da regioni emarginate, studenti migranti e studenti con problemi socio-economici.

Aim of the program “RELiVET- Reduce Early Leaving in VET” is to identify, through the implementation of a comparative research among the consortium countries the factors that lead to drop out in the regional VET schools of each participating country in the project. Based on the research findings partners will design a training curriculum for teachers in VET education on effective strategies for increasing graduation rates. Parallel, programme aims to develop toolkits for schools, training entities, families and students to identify young people at risk of dropping out and intervention methods to prevent early school leaving. Programme contributes to combacting early school leaving in VET and support the teachers and school staff to aquire knowledge on strategies and best practices to solve the school dropout problem. Project intents to focus on the prevention of ESL of young people coming from vulnerable groups such are students from marginalized regions, migrants students, and students facing socio-economic problems.

The project aims at improving the communication and relational competences of teachers/trainers involved in training activities in the education centers towards adult immigrants (O1). Furthermore, a web community platform (O2) will be developed in order to disseminate the training path results (O1) and to upgrade the whole community of trainers/teachers of adult immigrants.

The project aims at improving the ICT competences and knowledge of teachers and headmasters supporting the “dynamic teacher” in the development of digitization plan for his institute. This objective will be achieved through the development of a training path on the digitization strategies and of a web community platform, where teachers, headmasters, secretary officers, lab technicians, training experts an ICT experts will be invited to join in order to develop a network of professionals in the digital education field.
